Primary PTG Update - Friday 6th November

This week our team met with Mr Ian and Ms Dee and were thrilled to hear that more events, with even more paticipants, are allowed to take place this term!

Our PTG Volunteer Coordinators (from L-R): Gayatri, Lily, Pamela, Jana, Ai, Vivian and Thomas (not in the photo)

As many of you know, Friday 20th November is Teachers Day in Vietnam, and the PTG is planning a wonderful ‘Potluck Lunch’ for Teachers AND parents to enjoy together!

This is a lovely way that we can come together as a BIS parent community and thank our wonderful Primary teaching staff by showering them with delicious foods and tasty treats!

This event will not be possible without the support of the parent community. We need volunteers to cook / buy and bring a delicious variety of food for us all to enjoy on the day.  We also need volunteers to help run the event on the day – receive and label the food and help with the set up.

More details will be announced next week so watch out for posters and sign up links but in the mean time, if you wish to volunteer to support us with this event please email primaryptgbis@gmail.com or connect with us via your class parent rep.

There are still 6 Class Teachers that don’t yet have a Class parent rep;

F1I Ms Precious

F2H Ms Jo

1B Mr John

4V Mr Andy

5I Mr Darragh

6B Mr Mike

If you can spare a little amount of time to support the school community, your childs class teacher and enjoy connecting with other parents then please sign up here or email us at at primaryptgbis@gmail.com
