Dear parents,
We are very much enjoying a return to long-awaited normality with sports fixtures and events. We were delighted to invite parents to primary school assemblies last week and the secondary school production was a huge success that our parents were able to share fully. Look out for the reviews and photographs of the production which will follow and many congratulations to all involved. We are currently planning for school trips and residentials and more inter-school events such as the handball competition that was such a success last week so it looks like a busy and vibrant year ahead.
Masks - no longer mandatory
We have been informed that it is no longer mandatory to wear a mask in school. Any child or adult who prefers to wear a mask can, of course, continue to do so. Please discuss your preference with your child and, although we will not be able to monitor individual choices, we will ensure that both choices are fully respected.
Temperature checking
We will continue to record temperatures of students and staff in the morning and again in the afternoon for early detection of any illness. Temperature checks are no longer required for students to enter the campus.
Wishing you all a very good week ahead and hope to see some of you at the coffee morning on Wednesday or at other upcoming events.
Kind regards,
Jayne Needham
Principal
