Updates from Mr. Sean Hickman on Year 8 Residentials Trip

The students are having a brilliant time and they have been pushing themselves to the limit and learning an amazing amount from their experience here. Groups one and two.

We left yesterday morning at 7 am, had a quick breakfast and experienced a limestone cave with an experienced guide who explained all of the limestone creations and formation in the area. Then we went kayaking. Through this time we went directly to the campgrounds where students setup tents and cooked themselves a wonderful evening meal. Unfortunately, at the campsite we did not have Internet or wireless access to report in.

After a night in under the stars we experienced abseiling and then rock climbing today, at the campsite, where students were pushed the limits of endurance. We have all learnt much about the world around us and experienced life from a completely different perspective.
