Accounting Officer

Nord Anglia International School, Hong Kong is looking for an Accounting Officer. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the production of accurate and timely invoices, recording and reconciling of receipts, excellent debt management and the provision of high standards of customer service. The incumbent will ensure the Accounts receivable function is compliant with Group and school policies and procedures, maintains accurate and up-to-date finance and MIS systems and delivers a high standard of reporting.


The successful candidate will:

- be qualified to bachelor degree in accounting / finance disciplines

- have at least 2 years’ experience in accounts receivable and billing

- have monthly deferred income reconciliation experience

- have strong computer literacy skills such as Word and Excel

- have good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

- be flexible and a team player

- have excellent communication skill

- have strong attention to detail
