To prepare for Deepavali Year 1 52, 53 and 54 learnt about rangoli patterns. They made their own colourful rangoli patterns on the playground using chalk. Year 1 ESL learnt a dance to perform at our Deepavali assembly. All of Year 1 had a fantastic time making and decorating their own diva lamps. All of this resulted in a fantastically colourful celebration enjoyed by all!
