Dear Parents,

Welcome to the primary school at the end of a long, happy and extremely eventful term. I can’t help wondering where the term went – August already seems so long ago!

As well as working extremely hard right until the end of term we have enjoyed a number of festive events over the last few weeks that have involved all primary students in some way or other. The lower primary productions were a huge success as was the Carol Concert at St George’s church. Students enjoyed their end of term parties and I believe Father Christmas paid a visit to our younger children!

It goes without saying that the children really do deserve a well-earned rest and I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a restful break, wherever you may be. Safe travels to those of you who are holidaying overseas and for those of you who do celebrate Christmas I hope you have a lovely time.

It goes without saying that I am looking forward to seeing you all in January – wishing you a Happy New Year in advance.
