Trunk or Treat: DCA's Halloween Event

This year's event will feature decorated cars, Halloween games, a photo booth and dancing to 'Thriller' in Cooper Hall

Dear DCIS Parents and Guardians,

Our annual DCA Halloween event this year will be 'Trunk or Treat', a night to decorate your car and have the children go trick or treating from trunk to trunk (instead of door to door). Taking place in the DCIS car park, it’s a great way to see all our friends in one place. In addition there will be Halloween games, a photo booth and learning to dance to 'Thriller' in Cooper Hall.

We have been overwhelmed with the popularity of this and have done our best to try and accommodate as many people as possible.

We will be holding competitions for:

• Best parent costume
• Best child costume
• Best decorated car
• Best Halloween game
• Best dance

We will then make a decision on the costume competitions by Monday November 7th on the basis of the photos from the booth operators. This includes adults too!!

The competitions for the best game and best car will be voted on the same day by you the trunk or treating public. You will be able to vote for the best one by completing the voting form on the ticket and posting it in the box by the gate as you leave. Each car will have a number.

In order for this to work we would be grateful if you could comply with the following:

• Please ask your children to visit each car one time only
• Please visit the photo booth one time only
• Once you have had a good old dance in the hall, please make your way home. There will be a DCA treat at the gate as you leave too.
