The U11 Boys Football travelled to Tampines to play their first batch of fixtures at UWC. With torrential rain and thunder, the likelihood of any football going to happen looked slim. However, after a 40 minute wait, the team were given the green light the boys managed to play two games.

Water logged conditions and heavy rain never stopped the Dover Lions as they roared through their first match to victory beating the Canadian School by two goals to nil. Both goals came from Samuel, his first for the team so a huge congratulations to him.

The team lost their final game 2-0 against a strong UWC team but they came fighting back with Ashley hitting the goal post just before the final whistle.

A great evening of football. Well done DCIS!!
