Students arrived safe and sound in Cambodia yesterday and have spent the first part of today visiting Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, the former Security Prison 21, or S-21, under the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia. They then visited the Killing Fields, the site of a former orchard and mass grave of victims of the Khmer Rouge. The students have been complimented by other tourists on their mature behaviour and attitude during these visits.
The students have had a chance to reflect on the day and are looking forward to their onwards journey to Kampong Cham in the afternoon. More news and pictures to follow tomorrow!
