Maths House Day in KS1 and 2

Last Thursday, both Primary and Secondary School participated in the Maths House Day.

Last Thursday, both Primary and Secondary School participated in the Maths House Day.

Years 3 to 6 participated in a carousel of activities during their Maths lesson and were given challenges covering all Maths topics. They completed the challenges in their house groups and scored points for their house according to the position they came in, in each competition. They were also marked against the school's vision. It was great to see the resilience, collaboration, enquiry, integrity, global citizenship, care and reflection being used as they worked out their answers using mathematical strategies taught so far!

Thank you to the class teachers for planning and delivering the wonderful Maths challenges.
