Global Campus is the Nord Anglia Education online learning community which connects over 50,000 students across the 56 Nord Anglia Schools. It allows students to participate in global events, competitions and expeditions. It also contains a global library where students can read stories from around the world, connect with authors and share reviews with students at other Nord Anglia schools. All students have been sent their individual log in details. There is lots for students to join and research independently, but there are also some specific events which we will be running together as a school. These events include the Global Challenge, a creative writing competition, and UNICEF World Children’s Day.
The main focus of the day allowed students to find out more about the UN Global Goals.

MUN students were our “experts” who introduced the goals to students and then took the lead on individual sessions guiding students on the goals - a fantastic leadership opportunity for them. Each student signed up to investigate one goal on the day and there were some fantastic outcomes. Students can continue to work on global goals projects and may choose to enter the COBIS Global Social Leaders, Global Goals Competition (Madame Pouchard is leading on this) or the NAE Global Challenge Competition (Ms Fletcher is leading on this).
Well done to all of the students who were so enthusiastic on the day. We hope to share some of the outcomes of the projects with you towards the end of the year.
