The exit point to our most recent IPC unit, They See the World Like This, took place on Wednesday morning.  We showed examples of our own artwork and parents were able to ‘purchase’ pieces with art tokens distributed on the day.  The children also prepared instructions and deepened their mastery of the artistic areas by leading mini-workshops for our visitors to take part in.  Parents and Year 3 visiting students were able to try their hand at creating Cubist posters, painting their emotions using watercolours, mimicking impressionist masterpieces, etching emoticons and printmaking using Styrofoam blocks and ink.

A gallery of our fantastic IPC homework projects was also on show and the effort that the students had put in to their pieces was wonderful to see.

Thank you so much for all who were able to attend the morning and support the students as they completed such a fun and enriching IPC unit.
