U8 Dover Lions Boys Football Return with a Bang

Both teams showing wonderful sportsmanship throughout the tournament along with some amazing football

The U8 Dover Lions had their first match of the term at ICS.  Both teams won, drew and lost some of their matches but as the tournament developed so did the boys, despite continuous substitutes  and waterlogged pitches.

We also seen the goal of the tournament so far from Thomas  who smashed the ball into the top corner just inside the oppositions half. A goal that even Lionel Messi would be proud of.

Well done to both teams for showing wonderful sportsmanship throughout the tournament.

The team are away next week at the German European School.

Kind regards,
