There was an excellent turn out from parents at the Primary Workshop on Assessments and Reports. Mr. Rinaldi led the workshop and outlined how assessment occurs across the Primary School and how students are tracked against the learning outcomes from the English National Curriculum. He identified how assessment links into daily teaching through the assessment cycle.

Mr. Rinaldi reviewed the termly report process which runs alongside the termly parent conferences. Examples of reports were shown from each term and identified the justification behind each reporting style.

A copy of the presentation will be shared by Year Group Leaders with all Primary School parents.
