Toys with 1LH and 1STK in DCIS Lower Primary Assembly

The Year 1 topic has been all about toys; we have learned so much!

  • Lower Primary Assembly: Toys by 1LH and 1STK

We made sock puppets, played with toys from the past, investigated different materials toys are made from and even interviewed our parents, grandparents and teachers. In our enchanting assembly, the toys came to life after a busy day of learning at school. We found out more about where they came from and how old they were.

We finished with our very own version of Bruno Mars’ ‘Uptown Funk’ with our own lyrics. We all worked really hard and did ourselves proud.
