This year's NIS Sports Day was full of actions and fun for our students, parents and teachers. The children had a great time and were excited to show their athletic abilities, meanwhile the parents enjoyed seeing and cheering the children take part in the different sport activities in the side-lines. Teachers were also happy to be out in the open field and participated in the full-action sport activities of their stations.
In House Teams, both Early Years and Primary students rotated around a series of activity stations which challenged their running, jumping, and throwing skills. Every child was challenged to try their best and earned points for their House Team in pursuit of the Sports Day Cup. The focus of these 2 days was to encourage maximum participation in sporty activities, team working and sportsmanship, and fun.
Earth House Team came out as the winner with most points, but there was definetely great effort and participation from all of the teams. The children were very happy with their sport achivements in this event and will keep thriving for more.
