The Village Middle School recently had nine students participate in the Geography Bee.
There were three levels in this competition - Preliminary that consisted of six rounds, Final Competition and then the Championship round between the two finalists.
The finalists were Alex I. and Malavika. Alex went on to win the School Geography Bee Championship by correctly answering two of the set of three questions.
Alex will take the State Qualifying Test to determine if he will be invited to the State Bee. Good luck Alex and way to go Vikings!
